The Rich Jerk is too Expensive

This is definitely a true statement when it comes to the internet. Especially after i recently found and bought a book from http://money-kit.com. Sean Atan, the author of Money Grows on Trees, has a very keen insight on how to make money online.

He says he joined the Rich Jerk coaching program for 6 months, paid a crazy amount of money from it, and is now revealing what the Rich Jerk did not reveal in his ebook. Money Grows on Trees goes through how to build an Internet empire that makes you money by utilizing several streams of income.

First he describes making money with Ebay. In this chapter, sean gives amazing tactics I never even knew existed on gettin hundreds of visitors to your listings, getting your listing on the Ebay Pulse page, places to find the most legit wholesalers and dropshippers, and how to save lots of money on your Ebay listings. This section is a must-read for Ebayers.

In the next section he goes through website creating, getting on top of the search engines for your targeted keywords, increasing your pagerank, ranking in the top 10 on Google for your targeted keywords, creating a website for free, and great SEO tactics.

Next he explains how to build an affiliate empire for yourself, how to promote your affiliate links for free, how to advertise on the Internet effectively and for FREE, which products to sell, where to find products to sell, and he reveals his tactics that he succeeds with.

HYIP's are generally known as scams. But in Money Grows on Trees he tells you that you are looking in the wrong places if you want to invest your money. He reveals an HYIP program that has its office in New York City that gives you a return of 2% every day. I was skeptical about this, but I put in $20 just to try it out. I was amazed that everyday they deposited 2% (compounded daily) into my Egold account. Thanks Sean, now I deposited $100 and they are still paying. I even contacted them for some questions and they responded right away (very rare for an HYIP).

Finally, Money Grows on Trees reveals one of the easiest ways to make about $500 within one day (it's a one-time thing). He gives you a link to a site where you can just sign up for free for a couple of programs (which you don't need to remain with) and you will get $500 deposited in your Paypal account. Wow, I was happy about this one. The only way you would be able to make that money everyday would be if you have several Paypal accounts. Otherwise, it's a one-time deal.

The Rich Jerk only gives you good ideas, but does not take you by the hand and walk you step-by step as to how to implement those ideas into making money. Sean, in his Money Grows on Trees ebook takes you step-by-step and responds to your emails promptly with help and advice. This is by far the best program I have found online.

I almost forgot. His book is only $17 and not expensive like the Rich Jerk.

Thank You Rich Jerk Ebook Review

In the world of "Newbie" internet marketing E-books, many names come to my mind. The Rich Jerk. Neil Shearing...OK, too many names are in my mind and I'm not going to list them all. The point is that there are a *lot* of people out there writing "How to make money" guides for those that are new to marketing products on the internet, or "Newbies". I recently found such a title from Holly Mann, of ThankYouRichJerk.com.

Now, you may not have heard of Holly. I never had, until I saw her ebook on sale at eBay. She's not one of the "GURU" types, although I believe she would make a great one. She has a unique selling proposition - going up in a head-to-head with The Rich Jerk, and doing it for a lot less. Now, if you've read The Rich Jerk's ebook, you know his style is a little in-your-face, harsh, even insulting. Holly doesn't take that attitude up in her writing - she has a gentle, helpful writing style, as opposed to the "I'm rich, do what I say, stupid" mentality that The Rich Jerk and others use.

Before I get to the contents of Holly's title, it is amusing to note that she beats out The Rich Jerk on Google for certain keywords - and shows that fact off on her website, proving the point that she knows what she's talking about. Her website is not full of over-hyped, copycatted ad copy. Simple, to the point, matter-of-fact. She does it well.

Most "Newbie" ebooks focus on one particular area of internet marketing. Affiliate sales, Niche websites, Public domain material, etc. Her book, entitled "Breakthrough Money-Making Secrets Revealed!", circumvents the style of the traditional one- subject book and gives the reader a very good, broad understanding of what to do, where and how to start, and some insider tips that I didn't even think of. With the exception of a few spelling errors and the "midnight infomercial" name, this book is pure gold.

What's in the book? Without giving too much away, it covers where to get freebies to put on your site, SEO tactics, Affiliate programs, hosting and design resources, blogging, and much, much more. Good, solid information on the basics of starting internet marketing. Newbies are going to avoid quite a few mistakes (Holly, where were you 5 years ago??) if they take this book and read it start to finish. Surprisingly, for all the information that is covered, it is a quick read at only 31 pages. Holly didn't add a lot of fluff (unlike The Rich Jerk's book) - it's written to be read and absorbed without having to take a nap after page 18.

The thing that really put my opinion over the top was conversing with Holly. She is a friendly individual who, in subsequent emails after my purchase, shared more valuable information with me about my promotions and products. She gave me some ideas that I would have never thought of, and was genuinely interested in what I was doing. In the impersonal world of internet marketing, Holly is a true secret to be discovered. (Try asking your favorite GURU for advice on something you are doing - chances are you won't even get a response.)

My thoughts: If you are starting out in internet marketing, get Holly's book. If you are experienced, get it anyway - you're going to find at least one thing in this book that you didn't know.

The Rich Jerk is a more or less known internet marketer. According to all available information, it appears that until recently, this Rich Jerk was quite content keeping a low profile on the net and enjoying the fruits of his labor.
Now that has all changed. From an anonymous internet marketing success, the Rich Jerk has trampled his way in and exploded on the scene, the "You can make tons of easy fast money on the internet" scene, that is. (PLEASE NOTE THAT I THINK THAT HOLLY MANN'S BOOK IS MUCH BETTER THAN THE RICH JERK EBOOK. TO SEE HER BOOK CLICK HERE.)
Although I can't comment just yet on the validity of the information contained in the ebook he is selling because haven't bought or read it yet, what I can tell you is that the Rich Jerk has beautifully orchestrated a massive tactical deployment of his ebook that is making him even richer than he was before.
Here are the key elements of that success.
From the marketing perspective, this is sheer genius and all but the most experienced among us has something to learn from this. Not from the ebook just yet, we'll get to that later, but from the way that it is sold and distributed.
Genius Unfolds
The combination of these elements is what makes this sheer genius and of course some of it is hard to copy because it seems to be based on fact rather than fantasy.
1) The Rich Jerk, whether on purpose or not, has waited until all the elements where in place to launch his offensive. Maybe you've heard of the combination of parts creating something larger than the sum…
2) The Jerk got dozens, if not more, of super-affiliates to promote his product from the very moment it became available, thus saturating the medium with it and creating a huge buzz. Proof that some of these affiliates are the real thing? They got his ebook on impressive news sources such as a full article on Yahoo News. That goes a very long way for credibility…
3) Speaking of credibility, the Rich Jerk apparently sold one of his websites for nearly $400,000 on Ebay. This seems to be documented and true. I say seem because I want to remain a bit skeptical, but it looks true, and that's another huge boost in the credibility field. He also makes available page after page of his income statements from different processors, this doesn't do anything for me because such page could easily be created but I'm sure it swayed more than one buyer in his favor.
4) The Rich Jerk uses the same "easy money, buy yourself a Ferrari next month" kind of talk to make you visualize what you will do with all the money you make once you buy his ebook. You've read this kind of stuff before from all the so-called gurus out there, but admit it, it still gets to you.
5) The Rich Jerk lays out 15 or 20 specific ways that he makes his money and promises to deliver the keys to them all. As you read through the list, it makes a whole lot of sense and you can't help but think "hey, that just might work" and "I want to kow how to do that". He also promises to show you his own profitable websites and if you've tried to find profitable websites, you know that it can be hard to tell what's making money and what isn't…
But here's the real Killer
6) These are the tactics I was referring to in the introduction. The Rich Jerk walks the walk all the way through his rather brilliant sales letter.
You've surely heard the saying "good guys finish last" applied to relationships. Well it also applies to marketing in a big way, and unfortunately, more often than not its true.
The Rich Jerk's slogan is "I'm Better Than You". Yep, that's right and it doesn't stop there. If you've come upon one of his ads, you may have read something along the lines of "I just bought a yacht. I'm better than you". Can you resist an ad like that, or at least giving it a click to find out more about what its about? I couldn't.
And then it just picks right up where you clicked in. The Rich Jerk's sales letter vehicules an "I made it, I have everything you dream of, I'm obnoxious and rich and I don't give a rat's ass about you" attitude.
Its a perfect example of selling without selling. Who would dare call their customers morons, give them boat loads of attitude and them tell them to leave his site right away if they're not happy about it, or that if you write him a complaint, his staff will put it on their bulleting board and throw darts at it…
Ok, enough for now.
Here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to put up the $97 required to get my hands on a copy The Rich Jerk. I'm going to read it and my next article here will be an objective review of its content and the purpoted secrets found inside.
Based on my appreciation of the material, I will launch my own marketing offensive around the Rich Jerk, and its not going to be the regular "I reviewed this book and it was good so buy it from me because I'll give you $20 off from my affiliate commission". Nor will I promote the ebook if I can't say 100% that its worth spending on. But whatever the case may be, I will launch a marketing offensive around it and chances are both you and I will learn something from it…

I just wanted to update everyone that Holly Mann changed a lot of things in her Thank You Rich Jerk site. She changedthe format a little bit and she added a few more features.

Making Money Online is getting easy!

I wanted to update you on my progress on Ebay. The past 3 days I made $1453 in sales.
I couldn't believe it. It's all with the thanks of 2 Dropshippers that I use. If you dont know what a dropshipper is then I'll explain. Thank You Rich Jerk Review

After using the Rich Jerk Ebook and also the Thank You Rich Jerk Ebook, I have found some great results. The truth is that Holly mann's ebook helped me a lot more than the Rich Jerk's ebook.

In the month of April I was able to make about $1,200 in extra income from the tactics that Holly Mann has taught me. Her Ebook is much more detailed than Kelly Felix's Ebook The Rich Jerk.

A SCAM REVIEW OF THE RICH JERK

The following is a review of the Rich Jerk which I found and it roubled me since there is a much better E-book out there. It is called Thank You Rich Jerk and is written by Holly Mann.

First let me post the review I saw of the Rich Jerk and then I'll explain what is bothering me with this review of the rich jerk:

Rich Jerk Review
"Lets get something straight. I am a jerk. I am obnoxious. I am lazy. And I don’t care, because I am FILTHY RICH."

This is my review of The Rich Jerk's best-selling ebook. The day I bought this book and began to read it I found myself staying up way too late because I couldn't stop. It inspired me so much I was half ready to just walk right out of my normal job in order to go home and work on these ideas. This book is very well laid out and looks extremely professional compared to most others I've read. Overall I'd say this book was well worth the price just for the inspiration I got out of it. Motivating me is difficult, but since reading this book I've been working non-stop building one website after another. I've cranked out 8 or so since I first read this book, and they're all very profitable! When these sites start pullling in major traffic I might just quit my day job.

I found out that people didn't know what was actually in the book, so I have created a list of the chapters below and the info they contain.

Creating an affiliate website that sells like crazy
This is my favorite section of the Jerk's entire book by far. It has a good listing of affiliate program networks, several of which I have since joined and started receiving checks regularly from. This chapter also has a great section about writing good sales copy. This is one thing I'm no good at and the help the jerk offered was greatly appreciated. Using the methods from this chapter and the next one I was able to double my total revenue between January and February (which had already doubled in december) Every month that goes by my checks get bigger and bigger, and at the end of every month I think to myself "this is going to be hard to beat" then blow it out of the water the next month. :)

Unique Search Engine PPC Strategies
This section details pay per click advertising and ways to make profit using them. A friend of mine has been using some of these techniques to double his money for the past few months. I am also using these methods and making a pretty good chunk of extra cash every week without even using my own web sites. I'd rather not get into what these methods are since I don't need the jerk's lawyers after me, but suffice it to say it works. I am cashing in on these strategies now before the rest of the world catches on and they are no longer effective.This section also covers ways to write Adwords ads that people will be most likely to click.

Search Engine Optimization Strategies
This section details ways to promote your site, many of which people wouldn't think of on their own. Did you come to this page from Google? If so, what number was my site ranked for your search? I think that is enough said about this section of the book. :)

Selling your own informational product
The Rich Jerk feels that this is the best way to make lots of money online. Selling a product that has no cost of production once the product has been designed. You provide a download and let someone else handle the billing. I started a project like this but haven't done much with it. I will start work on it again in the future when I run out of other website money making ideas. I'm not anywhere near as good a writer as the jerk.

Buying Wholesale and selling on ebay
This is something many people make a living doing. There is some information about wholesalers and drop-shippers here. He also covers a pretty large list of ways people get ripped off doing this sort of business, so if you're considering it this is a great chapter for you. This isn't something I was very interested in myself. I don't want to have to drive around, ship stuff, deal with customers, etc. I like making money while I'm asleep a lot more than trying to make a few dollars profit on an item I'm selling.

Websites you can make profitable right now
This section has a lot of information about ClickBank. Before reading this book I had never heard of CB, but now they send me nice checks every 2 weeks. ClickBank has since become my favorite affiliate network.

Other online ventures
This chapter of the book briefly covers a few other ways to make money online without a web site. These things would require further research prior to diving in, so I haven't really looked into them at all. All my own web sites have been keeping me occupied.
Supplemental information for beginnersIf you're new to creating web pages for profit, this section will be good for you. It covers many things that people that have been around for a while "just know" and covers the basic concepts of how various online money making programs work.

Recommended products and toolsThis last section has some links to other software, books, programs, etc that you may find helpful on your journey to "rich jerk"
ConclusionI know people are skeptical and want to say that the rich jerk is a fraud, but this stuff actually works. I was just as surprised as you will be. Go check out his website and join us in the wealthy webmaster club.

Update:I was checking out the jerk's blog the other day and saw pictures from his upcoming infomercial. He's got pictures of his private jet, Ferrari, girls in bikinis, and him hanging out by the pool (the bastard).

What bothers me with this review is that even though The Rich Jerk is a great Ebook, Holly Mann's Ebook is much better and more detailed in the steps to take in each of the chapters mentioned above. Not only that, but her book costs only $14.95 to buy as opposed to the $47 for the Rich Jerk Ebook.

What?
Riding straight off the back of The Rich Jerk's eBook, Holly Mann's "Money Making Secrets Revealed" takes a slightly different approach at explaining much of the same subjects as The Rich Jerk. The first thing that you notice is her writing style, completely different to The Rich Jerk, she is polite, and unassuming.

Her book starts from the ground up, and is therefore probably more suitable for complete beginners. Her book focuses on getting started with affiliate sites, blogs, and forums, all of which won't cost a penny.

Cost?
As she explains on her site:
" If you are sick of the run around about making money online or if you have purchased a lot of books that haven't lived up to their "Great Sales Pitch" then you're NOT alone. It can be really frustrating to invest your hard-earned money in a product that is not as described. My name is Holly and I am an Entrepreneur, mother and disabled veteran of the U.S. Army. I want to Reveal to you how I am making $10,000. to $12,000. USD per month with only a few hours of work per day."

She details starting out right away with online forums and blogs, both of which are completely free of charge, and highly effective marketing tools.

The eBook it's self is actually a degree cheaper than The Rich Jerk's at only $14.95 (about £8.50), although again, this is ridiculously low for a book of this standard, so it's likely to increase.

How?
Again, she focuses on affiliate schemes, and promotion and marketing of these schemes using low cost, highly access able tools. She goes into detail on Search Engine Optimization techniques, which she makes far clearer than The Rich Jerk does, suggests freely available website content repositories, advertising techniques, and finally finishes up on a section for eBayers.

Who?
This book is definitely geared for the complete newbie, but her writing style, and the content of the eBook makes it clear for anyone to pick up some good, useful, and profitable money making tips.

Bad points?
Slightly US biased (only in the eBay wholesale section).
The document lacks a professional look & structure, but the info is very good.
Format?The book ships as an instantly downloadable PDF document, at 31 pages long. Basic in style, it is split into 7 chapters.

Seemingly equal in popularity to The Rich Jerk’s eBook, Holly Mann presents her eBook: “Breakthrough Money Making Secrets Revealed!”. Very similar in content to The Rich Jerk, Holly’s book is very much geared towards complete beginners, which is no bad thing.

As with The Rich Jerk’s eBook, I was slightly sceptical of Thank You Rich Jerk as it promises a great deal. Holly gives plenty of evidence of her success by showing some of her payslips, and numerous testimonials convinced me that I needed to give this book a try too.

Her book is slightly smaller than The Rich Jerk’s at only 31 pages in 7 chapters, and is even more condensed, giving you exactly what you need to start making money online, and no more. Also, at almost 1/3 of the price of The Rich Jerk’s book, Thank You Rich Jerk is definitely a very good alternative, and well worth a look.

Lets have a look at each chapter:

Chapter 1. Newbie’s – Starting Out
An excellent chapter provides a complete A-Z of Internet marketing, if you are a newbie to this game, you should read this, and then read it again. It takes the reader through search engine optimization basics, key affiliate information, and website statistics and visitor tracking. Invaluable information!

Chapter 2. Tricks to Get Your Site a Higher Ranking
So you have your site listed on Google, Yahoo, and MSN, job done, I can sit back and watch the money roll in right? Wrong, you may have your site listed, but the chances are you will be very low down the list in rankings. This chapter describes how to get your site a higher ranking in the search engines. I guarantee after reading this, your ranking within the major search engines will go up.

Chapter 3. FREE Website Set Up in Minutes
Pretty self descriptive title, some very nice tips and tricks here, includes a discussion on the most important aspect of getting a high search engine placement: quality back links. Also talks briefly about Google’s PageRank technology.

Chapter 4. Advertising Your Website
A brief chapter, starts by describing methods to get your site listed in the best online directories, ones which are regularly crawled by the top search engines. Finishes off with advanced Google AdWords techniques, and how to write eye catching adverts.

Chapter 5. FORUMS are free advertising venues-target specific site traffic
This is one chapter I liked very much, the title pretty much sums it up, but there were lots of hints and tips here, techniques that didn’t even enter my mind. The chapter finishes off by talking about targeted, non Pay Per Click advertising, I had never even thought of using these, and they offer a real alternative to Pay Per Click advertising, which can get very costly.

Chapter 6. Top-Paying Affiliate Programs to Sign-Up With
Lists the top affiliate programs to sign up to, this is a must read. Also covers the major networks in detail. Finally finishes off with a couple of niche affiliate areas to try, both of which pay a huge amount per referral, well worth a look.

Chapter 7. Dropshipping & Wholesalers
A similar closing topic to The Rich Jerk’s, and definitely as valuable. I had never heard of dropshipping up until I read this, and it sounds like a marvellous idea that I intend to give a go soon. This section now includes a bonus section for ebayers, a highly recommended read for avid ebayers.

The book comes to a close, and then gives a glossary of terms, a section which I think is severely lacking in The Rich Jerk’s eBook, a really nice touch.

Conclusion In conclusion, Holly Mann's eBook contains excellent material, possibly better than The Rich Jerk's. Like the Rich Jerk's it cuts out all the filler, and leaves you with the facts. The actual content is much the same The Rich Jerk's, but is presented in an clear, and un obnoxious way.

What I liked about this eBook, as well as the price, was the fact that a complete internet novice can pick up this book, and within a few weeks see a healthy profit.

Be warned however, this isn't a get rich quick scheme (no such thing exists). Don't expect to read the book, and wake up a millionaire, it will act as a springboard for your ideas, which you can develop, using the strategies into working and profitable online businesses.To purchase Thank You Rich Jerk go here.
